" Scott & Jill Stowers Fall

Woodworking, Candles, Jam, Jellies

The Wooden Frog is a modern homestead messed on a Brown County ridge, created by Scott and Jill Stowers. Scott is a del-trained work worker who has always gravitated toward creating. Having experimented with a variety of mediums in early adulthood he quickly realized a passion for working with wood. He first merely tinkered building items for his home and farm, before deciding to follow his dream of creating for a living. All has always tinkered with preserving food traditions, from gardening to canning to home cheese making.

They practice many traditional homestead arts and love to teach and share their abilities and knowledge. They make candles and soap, preserve food, create artisan cheeses and breads, and love to share their modern homestead with others.
